Am I in the draw?

Yes — if you have completed your purchase, you are in the draw. Every valid order automatically receives entries. Your receipt and confirmation email act as confirmation that your purchase has been received and your entries are included.

How do I know my entries have been added?

Your order confirmation and receipt confirm your purchase and entries. We also send confirmation emails where applicable, so please check your inbox, spam and junk folders.

Do guest checkouts still go into the draw?

Yes. Guest checkouts are welcome and still go into the draw. Just keep your confirmation email and receipt as proof of purchase.

Do I need an account to enter?

No. You can checkout as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account and logging in before purchasing so you can easily view your orders in your dashboard.

Where can I see my orders?

If you created an account and logged in before purchasing, you can view your orders inside your account dashboard under the Orders section.

I didn’t get a confirmation email — what do I do?

Please check your spam, junk and promotions folders first. If you still cannot find it, contact us and we can help check your order.

Are The Plant Crew members automatically in the draws?

Yes. Active members receive entries based on their membership tier for eligible draws. Your tier determines how many entries you receive. The Plant Crew are excluded from all entrant caps

Do I need to be an active member on draw day?

Yes. Your membership must be active on the day of the draw to receive member entries and member benefits for that draw.

What do I get with a membership tier?

Membership tiers can include free entries into eligible promotional draws, spots on the weekly members wheel, special offers, discounts and member-only perks depending on your tier.

What is the weekly members wheel?

The weekly members wheel is a bonus members-only wheel where active members may receive spots based on their tier and current member benefits.

When are winners drawn?

Draw times are listed on the website, product page, promotion page or draw announcement. Always check the current draw details for the exact date and time.

Where can I watch the live draw?

Live draws are usually streamed through The Plant Crew social pages when announced. Check our Facebook, Instagram or website updates for the live draw link.

How are winners contacted?

Is The Plant Crew legit?

Why can’t SA and ACT enter some draws?
